What are the Office hours?
The office is open 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
What if we need to come after 6pm?
If you let us know in advance that you are late we can leave the key in a prearranged place for you.
What is the maximum number of guests you can have?
The maximum number of guests is 6 in one family unit with a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds.
Do you have any undercover parking?
No-but we have off-street parking. One car space per unit.
What is the charge for the use of WiFi/Wireless Internet
Wireless Internet is free
Do you provide any amenities - shampoo etc?
We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner and a shower cap.
Do you provide breakfast as an option?
We do not provide breakfast.
What do you charge for the washing machine and dryer facilities?
We provide free detergent and use of the washing machine. There is a $2 charge per half hour for the dryer.
What cooking facilities do you have?
The kitchenettes consists of a sink, fridge, crockery, cutlery, toaster and jug. In the guest laundry there is a microwave for heating or a BBQ in the grounds. Cooking is not permitted in the rooms.
Cancellation Policy?
Within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in time: a 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay John Bright Motor Inn the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid.
