You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation displayed on our site.
We make every effort to ensure all information displayed on our site is accurate; however, we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of all information nor are we able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults. We reserve the right to change information displayed on our site (including these terms and conditions) at any time without notice to you. There is one(1) vehicle space in the car park per unit. There is usually plenty of street parking in front of the motel for any additional vehicles.
Your attention is drawn to the following extract from the
INNKEEPERS ACT (Act No 2, 1968 Section 7)
NOTICE
Loss of or Damage to Guest’s Property
Under the Innkeepers Act 1968, an Innkeeper may in certain circumstances be liable to make good any loss of or damage to a guest’s property even though it is not due to any fault if the innkeeper or any servant of his employ.
This liability however:
(a) Extends only to the property of guests who have engaged sleeping accommodation at the inn;
(b) Is limited to one hundred dollars to any one guest except in the case of property which has been deposited or offered for safe custody;
(c) Does not cover any motor vehicles of any kind or any property left in them, or horses or other live animals.
This notice does not constitute an admission either that the Act applies to these premises or that the liability thereunder attaches in any particular case.
I accept responsibility for all charges during my stay and for any damage caused by me, or those registered with me or my guests during my stay. I note our information above may be used by John Bright Motor Inn to contact us in order to bring to our attention available offers.
Door keys returned bent or broken will incur a $20 replacement fee.
Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation occur more than 48 hours prior to arrival, a full refund will be applied to the provided credit card.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur the first nights fee and any applicable non-refundable deposit and will be charged to the provided credit card.
We reserve the right to charge the credit card as compensation for loss of revenue.
Number of Guests
At no time during your occupancy is the number of guests staying to exceed the number booked, unless prior approval is sought and given by management. The maximum number of guests in any particular unit shall not exceed the maximum bedding configuration capacity (ie max 2 people per queen bed, 1 person per single bed). The use of extra beds other than the number booked will attract an additional tariff. Any persons exceeding the maximum occupancy of the property will be considered trespassers and will be evicted.
It is the guests responsibility to be aware of and comply with any government regulations especially any temporary restrictions.
Cooking
There is toaster supplied in each unit and the premium units also have a microwave. Apart from the use of these items there is to be no cooking in the units (the use of any other devices including gas burners, rice cookers and crock pots etc is strictly not allowed).
There is a gas BBQ in the front lawn area that is free to use. Guests are required to clean the BBQ after each use.
